ASSISTANT COMMUNITY MANAGERS Affordable Residential Communities (ARC) a co in the manufactured housing industry is looking for strong Assistant Community Managers and/or Community Managers in the Davie - South Florida area & Orlando, Jacksonville & Gainesville areas. Excellent bonus & advancement opportunities. Salary is based on exp & location. Hispanic Bilingual a plus. ACM's responsibilities include: Resident Relations, answering phones, collecting rent & processing invoices, prep.reports, and other. Req. computer skills (Microsoft Office), exc interpersonal/customer & org skills. Salary $10-$12/hr. Bilingual candidates preferred. CM's Requirements are previous collections exp, strong customer svc, interpersonal& supervisory skills, familiarity w/an office env. with req. for outside/on-site presence.
