This is a great opportunity for an experienced Assistant Community Manager and/or Leasing Associate who is looking for that next step towards a Community Manager position. REQUIREMENTS
As our new Assistant Community Manager, and a valued member of our growing team, you should meet the following desirable qualifications:High school diploma
3+ years of experience as an Assistant Manager or Leasing Associate
Excellent team building and organizational skills
Previous experience managing and developing others is a plus
Working knowledge in Microsoft Office Programs (Microsoft Power Point, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Yardi exp is a plusA tremendous amount of enthusiasm, drive and the willingness to learn new things ABILITIES:
