Your immediate focus as Transportation Safety and Compliance Supervisor at our Ft. Worth, TX office is to evaluate and improve the current Safety and Compliance Policies. These improvements will directly impact our Recruiting and Training Practices. You will make use of your knowledge of FMCSR and DOT requirements to ensure all programs and policies are in compliance. You will use your strategic organizational and planning skills to achieve the long-term goals which include, but are not limited to the improvement of our loss prevention program, recruiting, and retention of our driver. You will also be instrumental in the reduction of accidents and injuries. Your solid MS Office and communications skills will enable you to persuasively present your findings and recommendations to management and other departments. Your ability to ensure a "Safety First" mentality into the Hanson culture will ensure the overall health of the company, its employees, and your career!
