Performs routine go/no-go tests of circuits, components, instruments and mechanical assemblies. Sets up test devices using hand tools or automatic test methods. Documents test results. May perform simple repairs and/or component removal or replacement. May maintain logs and records indicating malfunctions.Requirements: 4 to 5 years of semiconductor electrical test experience using automated test equipment. Must have good documentation and communication skills. Ability to operate 3 to 4 test handlers or wafer sort probers at one time and other duties as assigned.Micrel is always looking for extraordinary people who strive for excellence.
