Description:
Responsible for developing and executing the quality control plan ensuring that the key critical characteristics are properly monitored and FMEA's are maintained to ensure a CPK of 2 or better. Works closely with the 1st line supervisors and manufacturing engineers to guarantee that the customers are isolated from any quality risks and ensures that all product is shipped to the customer with zero defects. Assist in establishing and maintaining an effective and engaged workforce. Works with production employees and sal/mgmt employees to promote a positive and productive work environment while preserving company principles

Qualifications:
Highly Desired: Manufacturing / Operations experience. Seeking a candidate who is highly motivated and communicates a compelling vision to advance the organization's critical success factors.
Must Have: Must be an effective leader who will promote employee engagement. Strong interpersonal skills. Effective communications skills. Knowledge/experience of manufacturing operation, strong organization and planning skills.
