Accenture is opening a delivery center in San Antonio that will provide business process outsourcing services to clients in Texas and around the world. The center will employ approximately 350 professionals, bringing the number of Accenture employees in Texas to nearly 3,500.


The Testing Lead is responsible for overseeing these activities:

1. Development of standard tools and processess for the center to be utilized by all test activities and teams within the center.

2. Verifing compliance of testing methodologies at both program and project levels. Coordinating testing across multiple teams and organizations as necessary.

3. Coordinating activities with program, project and other stakeholders to conduct and/or participate in various test readiness reviews. Providing team leadership and management in the area of application and performance testing.

REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications

•6 or more years experience in project management including work plan development and monitoring, issue and risk management, financial management and contracts management.
•6 or more years experience with one or more of the following applications: SAP, Peoplesoft, or Oracle.
•6 or more years experience with Service Control, Change and Release Management
•3 or more years experience with Configuration Management and Disaster Recovery Planning
•Bachelors degree in IT/ Computer Science or an additional four years of experience
