Quality and Risk Project Manager

Lawson Software provides business application software and consulting services that put time on the side of services organizations in the healthcare, retail, government and education, banking and insurance and other markets. Lawson's software suites include enterprise performance management, distribution, financials, human resources, procurement, retail operations and service process optimization. Headquartered in St. Paul, Minnesota, Lawson has offices and affiliates serving North and South America, Europe, and Africa.The primary function is to oversee the quality and risk management processes and procedures required to assess and report on service delivery issues and customer satisfaction. This role will be responsible for helping design, develop, and launch new quality and risk management processes to be utilized by the Lawson professional services organization to proactively identify and manage service delivery risks and measure customer satisfaction related to Lawson professional services. The role will provide monitoring and recommendations for launched/implemented processes. The role will also oversee the reporting process to track service quality, risk, and customer satisfaction and ensure there is adequate visibility to the quality management issues and resolutions as appropriate. The role will work with experienced individuals in the field enabling them to conduct quality, risk, and customer satisfaction audits on a periodic basis for services engagements of a certain size, scope, and complexity.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree and/or related industry experience
3 years experience in ERP software implementations
Prior experience working with, and/or coordinating the efforts of a team on software application implementation projects
Previous lead role in a software product implementation Proficient use of office related automation: PC, word processing, spreadsheet, project mgmt, presentation software and other windows based software
Ability to do regional and/or national overnight travel up to 25
Strong oral and written communication skills
Possess a high degree of project planning and systems integration expertise.
Proven ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly-changing environment
Previous experience leading and working independently in a fast paced, high growth environment
Ability to prioritize and follow through on multiple assignments
Ability to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways.
High level of initiative and accountability
Ability to influence and/or change the thinking of, or gain acceptance from, others in sensitive situations without damage to the relationship.
Proven ability to influence cross functional constituents
Background with managing enterprise resource planning application delivery programs including project planning and management, issues and scope management, budget management, resource management, milestone management
Excellent planning, time management, analytical skills, and software implementation/application knowledge
Background with revenue recognition requirements and budget management for software services organizationPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1 year experience with quality and risk management methods and techniques in a service delivery environment
4 years project lead experience
1 year supervisory experience
Previous experience in a matrix reporting environment
Previous experience presenting to clients and/or prospects
Project Management Professional Certification

* Ability to do national overnight travel 75 -100
