Quality Manager

Job Summary:

The Quality Manager is responsible for process management, safety and security, metrics development and attainment.


Responsibilities:

•Define and document product quality requirements.
•Participate in the recruitment process for CSRs, Division Account Representatives, Vault Administrators, and Office Administrators, including screening resumes, interviewing applicants, conducting reference checks, and coordinating HR paperwork
•Troubleshoot quality issues and participate in the process for standardizing and continuously improving processes
•Communicate with internal customers on the resolution of a quality related matters.
•Assist the Director, Operations in ISO 9001:2000 activities, including documenting some Operational procedures, performing Internal Quality Audits (IQA), writing IQA reports, and input into the Corrective Action Request (CAR) system
•Coordinate the escalation of client issues, including performance of some client communication
REQUIREMENTS
Required Skills:

•Strong process management skills
•Metrics development
•Excellent working knowledge of safety and security standards
•Familiarity with ISO 9001:2000
•Strong analytic skills
•Must have excellent communication/ collaboration skills
•Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
