Quality Manager

Fast paced small business firm, and an ISO 9001 registered company, is seeking a Quality Manager to oversee all aspects of the organization's quality program.

Selected individual will be responsible for enhancing and administrating the program, training and coaching employees, and facilitating change throughout the organization.

Responsibilities will be to:
Institute process sampling systems, statistical techniques, and specification of inspection and testing mechanisms to ensure product manufacturing and delivery meets established specifications
Evaluate supplier conformance and manage supplier quality Plan reliability tests and conduct analyses of field failures
Develop and administer reliability information systems for failure analysis and performance improvement
Audit and ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2000 standards and lead implementation of new standards
Manage regulatory compliance
Use principles of performance evaluation and prediction to improve the safety, reliability and maintainability of products and systems
Develop and maintain safety program IAW OSHA standards
Facilitate the process improvements efforts of the organization
Supervise small team

Requirements:
Documented training and certification in Quality Management disciplines
ISO 9001 experience
Experience in a manufacturing and shipping environment
Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
Ability to interact with customers
Documented supervisory experience
Ability to obtain a security clearance
Documentation of OSHA compliance management a plus
Must meet stated education and experience criteria (four year degree and 5 years experience will be stated in separate fields)
Pass drug testing
