We enable families to stay together through our child abuse prevention programs.Job Code: QISpecPositition Objective: Assist the Operations Support Center Director of Quality Management by managing operations center and divisional quality through program evaluations and by implementing the components of the QM process/activities in specified divisions within the operations center. Work other Quality Management Specialists in the operations center to maintain consistency of processes and activities.Essential functions may include: Coordinate, support, training and evaluation of the continuous quality management process in specific divisions within the operations support center
Monitor compliance with contract, funding sources, quality and accreditation standards; document results and report to the Director of Quality Management.
Collect, compile and analyze various program data reports such as incident reports & satisfaction surveys, document results/recommendations and report to the Director of QM
Train all staff on the QM process and issues relevant to QM.
Attend division safety committee meetings; educate committee members regarding safety issues, and assist members to seek solutions. Document results/recommendations and report to the Director of QM.
Plan, coordinate and facilitate quarterly peer record review in specified divisions. Document results/recommendations and report to the Director of QM.
Plan, coordinate and facilitate quarterly QM team meetings, compile QM reports for the Director of QM. Assist in developing a process that will encourage teams to become self-sufficient.
Attend trainings and meetings that are QM specific. Disseminate information from trainings to appropriate staff.
Assess, recommend and coordinate staff training needs based on contractual requirement, document results/recommendations and report to the Director of QM.
Assist Division staff in revising/improving operational procedures, program forms and manuals, while maintaining consistency within the Operations Support Center.
Ensure statistical information relevant to QM is collected consistently and that the information is accurately reported within the specified time frames.
Conduct new employee QM orientation training.
Assist in the development of operations support center QM procedures.
Participate in strategic planning.
Provide support related to QM during contract evaluation and/or negotiations.
Provide training and consultation for the Title IVE population staff. Training is defined, monitored and evaluated by the CHS Learning Institute.This list of essential functions is not intended to be exhaustive. REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
Required: Bachelor’s Degree in a Business or Human Services related field
One year experience in related field
Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet software and database applications
Preferred:Skills: Ability to work independently
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to teach/train adults
Knowledge of quality related terms and concepts
Good organizational skillsAdditional Requirements: n/aPhysical Requirements:
