Location preferred in the Ontario, CA area however other locations in California will be considered.

Plan and coordinate all aspects of quality assurance activities for a single site or multiple sites.Accommodate requests for regulatory and quality support from site(s). Communicate/enforce policies and procedures in support of the businessAct as the subject matter expert regarding selected governmental regulations for the site(s)Function as the primary site(s) quality contact for customers and other external or internal representatives
REQUIREMENTS
Perform and coordinate audits to monitor the quality system and regulatory complianceAssist in coordination of select licenses, permits and registrationsLead select regulatory, customer and other 3rd party quality auditsSupport intracompany quality audits directed by sector managementFacilitate establishment, maintenance and continual improvement of the overall quality systemAssist director or manager of QA to develop and implement quality-related training programs for field operationsTrack quality assurance metrics for the site(s)Assist director or manager of QA to develop, distribute, and maintain regular management reportsWork in concert with Operations Performance and Continuous Improvement teams on Quality initiativesAct as primary advisor to the management team on QA issues/initiatives (e.g. problem solving, identification and escalation of significant QA issues)Supervise subordinates and manage personal work schedule and tasks to complete goals and objectives and provide support to the organization within the scope of expected job performanceDetermine and coordinate corrective and preventative actions in support of the establishment, maintenance and continual improvement of the quality system within scope.Performance Indicators (What criteria will be used to assess performance)The satisfactory achievement of goals and objectives within budgeted time and resourcesThe establishment of effective working relationships with other associates and functions within the organizationEffective working relationships with regulatory, customer and supplier representativesEnsure the incorporation of regulatory, customer and business requirements into the quality systemSuccessful execution of quality management directives
