Quality Assurance Specialist

Responsible for evaluating and assessing the quality of collections through telephone monitoring and operational audits, documenting any exceptions. Develops audit programs and tests to validate operational processes and utilizes results as a training tool to proactively initiate corrective plans. Take initiative in identifying problems and offers suggestions in policy changes, which would add value and have a positive impact on collections. Maintains current knowledge of any changes in company policies and state and federal regulations to ensure compliance. Performs other duties as assigned. This position is located in the Pomona, CA office.

job Requirements


Three years proven experience in a collections or customer service environment with an understanding of the financial services industry or one year proven experience as an entry level Quality Assurance Specialist. Associate’s degree in business administration, related field or equivalent experience. Ability to work with limited supervision. Must possess excellent written and verbal communications skills, ability to prioritize work, and be able to work independently and as a team. Computer skills a must. Hours of position: 8-5; must be available for periodic evening and/or weekend hours.Competitive, Performance-Based Pay
