Quality Assurance Manager

Purpose: TEKsystems is looking for a Quality Assurance Manager for our Client here in Madison, WI. Our Client is a non-profit Insurance Company that provides insurance to Wisconsin school employees and their families.

As a QA Manager, you will be in a high-visibility leadership role in a complex, distributed organization. You would be responsible for managing a Quality Assurance initiative and the people within the team that implements Quality Assurance solutions.

To be qualified for this position, you must have:
-Excellent oral and written communication skills
-Excellent time management skills
-Strong demonstrated QA related data analysis and correlation skills
-Ability to implement QA process across all phases of the software lifecycle
-Experience with legacy migration projects

Additional desirable skills:
-Exposure to CVS, BIZtalk and the Rational suite of tools
-Experience coordinating a performance testing effort
-Exposure to "Watir" (open source functional automation)
