Quality Assurance Director

We are a multi-billion dollar company that develops state-of-the-art communications products and systems. We have been at the forefront of the industry for 30 years. We’re currently seeking a Quality Assurance Director to join our team.

The QA Director will manage our entire Quality function, including quality efforts related to all business practices, hardware, software and supply chain. Software quality assurance will include responsibility for moving forward toward CMMI certification. In this position, you will also maintain our certification to ISO and AS-9100. The QA Director is responsible for all quality assurance functions at our 3 sites in the U.S.

REQUIREMENTS
At least 10 years in QA at a management level, with experience managing all aspects of Quality Assurance.

Experience with CMMI, ISO and AS-9100 certifications.

Six Sigma experience (certification is a strong plus), lean manufacturing and TQM experience also required.
US Citizenship and ability to pass a security investigation (must meet eligibility requirements for secret clearance access to classified information).
Current or recent "Secret" clearance is a strong plus
