QUALITY COORDINATOR - PER DIEM

Shift: (VARIED) Hours Per Pay Period: 0 Shift Hours: 8HOUR Facility: SEQUOIA HOSPITAL Description: JOB SUMMARY: This position is responsible for coordinating professional and clinical staff continuous quality improvement activities. Duties include facilitation of interdisciplinary teams, medical staff peer review support, review, analysis, and reporting of quality process and outcome data, staff education of continuous improvement principles and techniques and coordination of regulatory compliance readiness.In accordance with the mission and philosophy of Catholic Healthcare West, the Quality Improvement Coordinator is a professional caregiver who applies CHW Core Values to the performance of every job duty. These Values include Dignity, Collaboration, Justice, Stewardship, and Excellence.EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 2-year experience in a hospital setting.LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/TRAINING: Registered Nurse or other clinical health care providers including but not limited to Licensed Pharmacist, Physical Therapist, Speech Therapist, Occupational Therapist etc. Masters degree preferred.Job Requirements
