QUALITY ASSURANCE ASSOCIATE

Responsible for the inspection of Vacant Quarters and Maintenance activities in Military Housing. Performs final inspections and will be accountable for our homes in meeting quality standards with other team members. Will assist in the monitoring of contractor's work, playground Inspections and submit written reports, enforce safety rules and regulations among employees and sub-contractors.

Required: High school graduate or GED, with some college preferred. Minimum 3 years of practical exp. In maintenance or constructions. A familiarity with building codes a plus. A safety background in construction or maintenance is highly desired. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) are required. A Valid driver's license with excellent driving record is required for this position.
