Quality Assurance Analyst

Responsible for review and/or development of test methodology to ensure repeatability of measurements using scientifically sound methods and industry-accepted standards through bench studies and literature review, and the implementation/maintenance of an evaluation program of purchase and finished goods in order to ensure acceptable quality while minimizing testing. Duties would include supporting production, the QA department and the Company through special studies, analytical reports, recommendations and observations.

B.S. degree in biology, microbiology or chemistry required plus 3 to 5 years hands on lab experience (food or pharmaceutical required), and supervisory experience. Knowledge of GMP's, GLP's and ISO quality system desired.

Quality Assurance Lab Technician

Responsible for performing physical, chemical, and microbiological testing on product samples as well as preparing test media, reporting product non-conformances, calibrating lab equipment and entering test results into a lab computer system.

Associates degree in a natural science and one to two years experience in a lab environment preferred. Starting pay is $12.75/hr. with the opportunity to advance after demonstrating specific skills.

Production Scheduler

Responsible for 98%+ on-time delivery in a complex, highly responsive, hybrid make-to-stock/make-to-order environment. Daily interface with Customer Service, Purchasing and Manufacturing. Requires APICS certification, strong computer skills, and 5+years related experience with a manufacturing firm.

Cost Accountant

Newly created role to include responsibility for standard cost development, work order variance analysis, departmental budgets, price and margin analysis, inventory valuation, and activity based costing. Additional general accounting work to include monthly closing and other tasks in support of CFO. Requires B.S. in Accounting or related field and several years experience in a manufacturing environment Mandatory.
