QC CHEMIST

Purpose: Our client is a leading manufacturer in dietary supplements. Their Quality Control department is looking for a CHEMIST for immediate hire. This company tests products such as powders, extracts, and other nutritional supplements.

The QC Chemist will work in Quality Control in support of the powders division. This position is in a high volume laboratory. Responsibilities include the following:
1. HPLC Analysis
2. GC
3. Conduct quality tests
4. Documentation

Salary: $16-$19/hr (contract-to-hire)
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm or 8:00am to 5:00pm

QUALIFICATIONS
Candidates must possess a B.S. in Chemistry, or related field with 2+ years experience in HPLC and GC test method validation. Possess extensive working knowledge of GLPs, excellent organizational, multi-tasking, verbal, and written communication skills. Must enjoy working in a team environment.
