Due to our continued growth, we currently have a need for a QA Training Supervisor in our Owings Mills location near Baltimore.
Description
Supervise training-related activities. Develop and oversee the training records systems—both digital and physical. Develop and revise training procedures, programs, and materials. As necessary, participate in audits by internal and external authorities.Responsiblities
Supervise all training-related activities.
Conduct needs analysis studies and confer with various personnel to determine training needs, compile data, and prepare project charts and budgets.
Develop and oversee an organized system to contain computer copies and hard copies of training records and pertinent employee-specific information.
Write training procedures and forms; establish system and responsibilities based on knowledge of identified training needs, company production processes, business systems, and development strategies.
Develop, maintain, and present various types of training programs: for example, corporate and site-specific trainings for all employees, multi-stage position-specific programs (e.g., initial, follow-up, ongoing training for a specific task).
Oversee the cGMP compliance of all applicable departments regarding training requirements.
Develop forms and materials, including qualification tests where applicable, directly related to company structure and culture.
Consult with all employees on all training issues from records to technique.
Present information or training files to outside auditors, companies and FDA as deemed necessary by management.Education and Experience Requirements
Associate’s degree in a related field i.e.: Industrial Training/GMP Training
Experience and knowledge of cGMP and compliance issues
Strong experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher (knowledge of Lotus Notes a plus)
Supervisory experience
Excellent verbal, organizational, written, interpersonal skills, and flexibility
