QA Test Lead

InSource is seeking a strong QA Test Lead to join our team. This consultant will be responsible for the effective enhancement and implementation of quality assurance, change control, testing processes/procedures to ensure that all information systems products and services meet minimum company standards, end-user requirements, and enable zero defect software development. Make recommendations where there are gaps in process, procedures and templates. Proactively identify risks and mitigations to management and peers. Identify and implement efficiency opportunities that enable faster turnaround, higher quality, and reusability. Assist in identify resolutions for cross-project issues and risks; lead implementation of solutions.

REQUIREMENTS
Required Skills
• Strongly demonstrated knowledge and skill in Quality Assurance methodology, including experience in different levels of testing
• Ability to create project plans; demonstrated skills in successful implementation of several integrated projects
• Strong partnering communication and influencing skills
• Strong experience in working with matrix team environment
• Strong experience in working in a multi-sourced environment including experience with offshore vendors and offshore teams
• Strong experience in Microsoft tool including MS Project and Visio
• Experience in process modeling
• Experience in developing reports and metrics
• Green or Black Belt Six Sigma training experience a plus
