QA Specialist

Purpose: Our client, a leading biopharmaceutical company, is currently seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist.

Responsibilities:


Provides administrative and clerical support to the Batch Disposition Group. Operates automated office equipment.

Archives documents and maintains excel spreadsheets.
Organizes and maintains filing system among multiple cabinet locations.
Orders supplies, as requested.
Assists with the movement of material in the warehouse.
Assists with the gathering & collating of quality metrics.
Performs general administrative duties with minimal supervision
Performs miscellaneous administrative work, including database input and filing.
May provide coordination and calendar scheduling of meetings
Collects and prepares information for reports.
Distributes mail, faxes, schedules, agendas, meeting minutes and other materials upon request.
Performs other administrative duties as required.
