QA/QC Technicians Level I-IV

Purpose: Top rated growing Food & Beverage firm is seeking QA/QC Technicians and Supervisors for their Tracy facility. This is a great opportunity to become part of an award winning staff and dynamic group of people.

We are looking for Technicians from level I to IV.

Job Duties Technician Level I:
1. Monitor temperature, Chlorine levels and pH of plant wash water.
2. Monitor temperatures of processing and storage areas.
3. Check product for adherence to specifications
4. Report all problems and concerns.
5. Monitor adherence to GMP?s throughout the facility.
6. Monitor integrity of HACCP (Food Safety) plans.
7. Understand and follow safety procedures.
8. Work in a team environment.
9. Must have HACCP training and knowledge of GMP's and SOP's.
10. Bilingual preferred.

Job Duties Technician Level II:
Same duties as level I including:
1. Collect samples for lab analysis.
2. Do micro biological swabbing of equipment and environment for further lab analysis.
3. Evaluate quality of raw product in production areas.
4. Must be able to do basic finished product evaluations for adherence to specifications, quality standards.
5. Must have food plant experience and experience with HACCP, GMP's and SOP's.

Job Duties Technician Level III:
Same duties as level II including:
1. Supervising a team of Quality Control technicians.
2. Knowledge of Sanitation Programs.
3. Supervising Sanitation workers.
4. Bilingual preferred.

Job Duties Technician Level IV:
Same duties as level III including:
1. Have complete knowledge of Metal detectors and Metal Detector operations and be able to trouble shoot problems and assist in remedial actions.
2. Do raw product inspections at all levels.
3. Must be ale to completely evaluate finished product and assist in any remedial actions.
4. Be able to evaluate all problems with QC and Sanitation equipment and be able to trouble shoot and assist in repairs and remedial actions. This specifically includes chlorine and pH control and monitoring systems and the central sanitation system.
5. Must have management experience.
6. Bilingual preferred.
