This is a Systems Administrator (Desktop Support) position to support QA Lab.

Provide email and telephone support for users requiring technical help with lab machines

Provide support for users with remote connection issues

Install, configure, and troubleshoot PC hardware and network equipment

Install and create OS images and application packages

Perform operating system and application software configurations across several platforms including old versions released within the past 3 years

Support and mentor new lab users in proper system usage and Reservation system

Requirements:

* Knowledge of Windows XP, Windows 2000, Mac OS, Linux, PC hardware installation and configuration

Experience in deploying local area network

Experience with coding, systems administration or scripting

BS degree preferred or equivalent experience

Outstanding customer service and interaction skills

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

3-5 years of experience with a history of steady technical progression

Demonstrated ability to learn and develop technical skills
