My client has an urgent need for a team-oriented, high energy individual with exceptional coaching skills. The individual in this role will drive the first formalized Lean/Six Sigma initiative from corporate headquarters. You will act as the deployment champion, facilitate projects, and conduct training across the facility with the support of direct and indirect reports. This is a highly visible, low travel role in a non-union company with a great culture and great benefits. The Ideal Candidate will have the following: * 5 Years experience in leadership, with at least 1 driving Continuous Improvement Initiatives* Experience in Quality highly desired* Experience delivering formal Six Sigma or Lean training* Certified Green Belt or Black Belt - some DFSS experience preferred* Great Presentation and Leadership skills* Measurable Results!* Bachelors Degree Required - preferably Engineering, Business, or Food Science* Food industry experience a plus - but not a requirement!
