Loan Processor III

Performs some maintenance work relating to complex, non-residential loans as required. Balances daily transactions on a recap sheet prior to submitting work to Central Proof for processing. Position may involve research under supervision. Ensures receipt and verification of proper approvals prior to processing waivers and any unusual. Identifies and resolves any moderate boarding/accounting problems. Quality control, loan audit and collateral experience preferred.Job Requirements

Minimum of 3 years processing/accounting experience processing/boarding complex commercial loans with real estate collateral in a centralized environment of a medium sized bank required.
Ability to read complex loan agreements to determine appropriate pricing and coding for input to a loan system required.
Ability to handle heavy volume of transactions and multiple tasks required.
Good working knowledge of Metavante Loan System required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills.
