Valley Grinding is looking for a dynamic leader with hands-on, practical Lean Six Sigma experience to lead projects to successful closure that deliver bottom-line results. Potential to earn > $100,000 with salary and bonus.

Responsibilities:
Work with company leadership to prioritize projects.
Lead Lean Six Sigma projects using cross-functional teams, follow up to successful closure, and implement / monitor controls.
Standardize best practices across multiple locations.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Business, or related field.
Six Sigma Black Belt certification
3+ years of proven, documented experience leading projects practicing Lean & Six Sigma (DMAIC) principles and tools in the manufacturing industry.
Strong in the following:
Leadership and change agent skills.
Problem solving and analytical skills.
Organization, project management, and follow-up skills.
Verbal and written communication, presentation, negotiation, influencing, and facilitation skills.
Statistical and computer / software skills.
Travel up to 25%.
Desired:
Lean certification.
Knowledge of Theory of Constraints (TOC).
Experience with metals, blade manufacturing, or sharpening.
Experience with Vista shop management software.
