Train hourly and salaried employees in application and utilization of Lean tools
Facilitates / leads Lean events
Actively participates in deploying Six Sigma across manufacturing through deployment of existing and new Lean Mfg tools,
Leverages and leads productivity initiatives company wide, based on best practices and new process technology
Cooperates and participates in product design activities
Actively searches for new Mfg technologies and aggressively evaluates and reports on all Mfg opportunities that will contribute to company objectives and goals. Process technologies to include but not limited to welding. Soldering. Brazing. Metal stamping/fabrication, and packaging. Assembly. Tube fabrication. Metal preparation. And application of Chemical processes.
Travel required 30-40%
