Developing/implementing strategic business plans to capture businesses within your territory.
Drive the revenue growth and profitability.
Working with new business partners to drive the growth of your territory.
Developing new business opportunities for value-added products and services.
Promoting James Hardie's products, solutions, and services to end-users.
Working directly with the manufacturer, the candidate will be responsible for best practices training of the proper installation of our product to a broad base of customers -- contractors, distributors, retailers, builders, and salespeople.
Presentations may be as intimate as a one-on-one setting, or in front of a large group of 150 people.REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor Degree preferred
5+ yrs Installation/Sales Exp
Building Products, Telecom, Biotech, and Tech exp highly preferred
STRONG SALES EXPERIENCE A +
The candidate should have siding installation experience (all types).
The ability to travel overnight up to 20-30% (all travel expenses covered).
The ability to write reports, business correspondence, and possess basic computer skills.
