Entry Level QA Analyst

We are currently seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to be responsible for checking online ads to ensure that all ad elements meet PointRoll quality standards. The role also involves testing and troubleshooting issues that are reported by publishers and agencies. This position presents an opportunity to interface with all members of the Operations group while ensuring quality standards in a fast-paced, creative and entrepreneurial environment. The responsibilities of the Quality Assurance Analyst include:

- Reviewing all technical elements of ad campaigns to verify that project requirements have been met.

- Testing ad code across multiple platforms to confirm that ads released to publishers will function correctly in a live environment.

- Effectively communicate issues to the Production Engineering team and perform regression testing as needed.

- Working with Production Engineering, Campaign Services, and PointRoll Technical Support to reproduce and identify ad problems.

- Providing second tier support for problems reported by publishers. Determine when escalation is necessary and follow up with the appropriate groups to ensure timely resolution.

Desired Skills & Experience:

- Familiarity with DoubleClick and Atlas

- Working knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and Flash

- Prior technical support experience

- Experience working in the advertising industry

REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree

- Ability to multi-task and work without supervision in a rapidly changing and demanding environment

- 1-2 years of QA experience, preferably with web applications

- Solid problem solving and analytical skills

- Must be able to prioritize workflow

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office

- Occasional travel to support Quality Assurance teams in remote offices may be required
