Director of Quality

IMI Cornelius is a leading manufacturer of beverage dispensing equipment. We conduct our business worldwide. This individual will write and implement quality policies and procedures, work in conjunction with other departments toward the goal of instituting lean manufacturing principles, develop ISO strategies and train personnel in these strategies, develop a supplier quality program, and manage quality system issues with customers, vendors and auditors.
REQUIREMENTS
This position requires a four year degree and a successful work history including at least five years in a leadership quality role in a progressive manufacturing company. Demonstrated knowledge and experience with ISO quality systems, TQM, Failure analysis, risk analysis, and DOE required. ASQ certification and Six Sigma a plus This position requires a hands-on high energy take charge leader who can work in a fast paced environment.
