Director, Six Sigma/Black Belt

Ideal candidate to perform projects independently and in group setting environments. Responsible for assisting a team of associates to successfully accomplish innovative business process improvements resulting in measurable financial and or customer loyalty gains by applying the six sigma methodology. Work closely with other Black Belts and Master Black Belt to accomplish regional projects

Participate in total hotel management as a member of the hotel Executive Committee.

REQUIREMENTS


Must be able to influence high level leaders as well as coach and train all associates in the hotel. Working knowledge of hotel operations, ability to multitask, and excellent communication skills required. Good computer skills to include Excel and MS office. Previous management experience required.
