Director, Quality Assurance

We’re currently seeking an innovative Quality Assurance Director to join our unique team as we continue our history of excellence.Responsible for the operation of Linkabit’s Quality function, including all business practices, hardware, software and supply chain quality. Software quality includes responsibility for driving Linkabit to CMMI certification. Position also responsible for maintaining Linkabit’s certification to ISO and AS-9100. This position shall have the responsibility for all quality functions at all Linkabit sites including San Diego CA, Rochester NY and Melbourne FL.10 plus years of direct experience in managing all aspects of Quality. Experience with CMMI, ISO and AS-9100 certifications a must. The successful candidate will also have significant experience with Six-sigma (including certification), lean manufacturing and TQM.US Citizenship is required.
