Compliance Analyst

This position will be responsible for the following: Assisting with development and communication of various accounting policies and procedures to be performed by worldwide finance staffs. Performing various compliance reviews worldwide. Monitoring compliance to accounting policies and procedures. Developing accurate and complete audit work papers that adequately support findings and documents work performed. Summarizing findings and recommendations and discusses them with process owners. Performing periodic reviews of Control Self Assessment Questionnaire with operational and headquarters finance staffs worldwide. Working on alleviation of non-compliance areas. Performing internal control testing and documentation in compliance with Sarbanes Oxley. Performing post audit review of management letter to identify issues for sharing with other locations. Performing follow up on audit letter commitments to ensure they are done in the timeline presented. Collecting the responses on the representation letter and identifying problem issues for review. Ensuring that accounting practices meet appropriate statutory and SEC accounting convention requirements, through participation with the BHI Tax and Accounting Department.
