PricewaterhouseCoopers is currently seeking Associates to join our Assurance practice in our Richmond, VA office, focusing on our CIPS clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record participating on audits and engagement teams in a national, regional or Big 4 public accounting firm. The duties will include acting as part of a team to improve client business processes utilizing the PwC Audit Methodology. The ideal candidate will exhibit leadership skills on engagement teams, have proven technical capabilities and excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: -Delivering quality service to top-tier clients -Continually developing new ways to help these clients solve their ever increasing complex business problems in an ever increasing and changing global environment. -Taking a consultative approach to the assurance process of a client's operations utilizing the PwC audit methodology. -Focusing on various elements of the assurance process for top-tier client operations (including but not limited to F/S audit and preparation, systems reviews, risk assessment, regulatory filings and analytical procedures). -Developing and maintaining strong client relationships, project management and supervisory skills
