Assistant Manager

Headquartered in Northbrook, Illinois, EcoSure provides food safety evaluations and training to top brands in the restaurant and hospitality industry. We also conduct national quality studies for food manufacturers. EcoSure, a division of ECOLAB Inc., is poised for growth and offers a dynamic work environment.

We are seeking a motivated, hard working individual for our full time opening of Assistant Manager. This exciting growth position involves supporting the recruitment and management of EcoSure’s national field force. Our field force consists of over 200 Registered Dietitians/Sanitarians.

Responsibilities include:
•Analyze and support field needs
•Recruit Field Specialists
•Manage Field Specialist performance
•Determine areas for expansion (new territories)
•Contribute to Field Communications


Occasional food establishment evaluations will be performed. Travel will be approximately 10%.
REQUIREMENTS
Our ideal candidate will possess:
BS degree in food science, nutrition or related field.
Registered Dietitian preferred.
One to three years of management experience.
Have excellent communication skills.
Skilled in MS Word, Excel and Power Point.
