Bosch Rexroth Hydraulics is a worldwide leading supplier of hydraulic pumps, components and systems for mobile and industrial applications. Because of continued growth, our Fountain Inn, SC facility is recruiting for an experienced Assembly and Test Supervisor to join our team on 2nd shift.

RESPONSIBLITES:

Supervise over 30 employees in assembly, test, and paint departments
Ensure production goals are met
Troubleshoot production issues
Utilize quality tools - Poka Yoke, 5S, etc.
Handle communication to associates and management
Ability to jump in and be hands on as needed
REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRMENTS:

Bachelors Degree or equivalent supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience in automotive or machine shop environment a plus
Knowledge of quality tools - Poka Yoke, 5S, etc.
Must have a solid mechanical background; able to read blueprints
Must exhibit good communication skills
Computer skills a must
Experience with ISO or TS certified facility a plus
Previous hydraulics experience a major plus
Willingness to travel up to 25%
