REQUIREMENTS
Responsible for the transition of new products into manufacturing environment.

Maintain documentation for production procedures, such as, mixing instructions, QC specifications, and raw material specifications.

Assist in solving issues involving bulk-filling operations i.e. stability testing, filling equipment, and packaging problems.

Communicate quality issues with chemical and packaging manufacturers and provide corrective actions to resolve problems

Analyze and document raw materials and finished products used in specialty chemicals and lubricants.

Perform corrections to formulations for in-process batches.

Facilitate the disposal of waste chemicals and other hazardous compounds according to proper environmental regulations.
