Air Quality Compliance Specialist

Under the Cabazon Environmental Department this position is responsible for conducting, monitoring and testing activities as necessary for air quality regulatory compliance. Evaluates test results and makes recommendations as necessary to ensure compliance with Federal and Tribal air quality laws, rules, and regulations. Assists with the air quality aspects of issurance of minor source permits for projects, businesses and industries on the Cabazon Reservation. This position reports to the Environmental Manager.

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors Degree and at least 2 years of directly relevant experience with an emphasis on air quality or at least 5 years of direct experience in air quality engineering. Experience and familiartiy with air quality regulations. Should be proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint a plus.
