one of the leading contract manufacturer is looking for a sr. buyer .

locate sources and solicit pricing for commerical/eom parts. assist quoters with follow up calls to supply base. price verifications. gather supplier quotations for documentation packages.
REQUIREMENTS
understanding of bill of materials. ability to negotaiate best price with suppliers. familiarity with commercial/oem sources. familiar with contract manufacturing environment. advanced MS-EXCEL skills a must (pivot tables, V lookup etc). ability to read blue prints. must be able to work multiple programs at same time. EXP. WITH SAP IS A MUST.
