As a member of PwC's Global Transfer Pricing Group, the employee will work with a team to devise solutions to complex valuation and transfer pricing tax issues faced by clients. Analyze the market, industry and specific company aspects of the client in development of a valuation opinion. Interview client personnel to identify functions and risks relevant to the engagement objectives. Design and use advanced spreadsheet models, including detailed financial statement analysis, development of discounted cash flow models and the use of option theory to arrive at value indications. Develop cost of capital, valuation multiples, and pricing strategies for clients for tax related valuations. Conduct and write industry research studies.
REQUIREMENTS
Education Requirement:
BA/B.S. required. Masters or PhD degree in Economics, Statistics, Quantitative Analysis, Accounting or other related major preferred.Essential Requirements:
Ideally, the individual will have a minimum of 1-3 years of experience performing transfer pricing studies in a tax and/or consulting professional services firm and/or an academic institution, or experience as an Economist or Tax Accountant. Additionally, successful candidates will be highly organized, extremely mmotivated and interested in taking the initiative for their own personal growth and development; exercise client service orientation combined with creative problem solving skills.
