Subcontract Administrator

Subcontracts Administrator will be primarily responsible for the audit and close-out of subcontracting and purchasing activities for our client in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF).Responsibilities include evaluation of cradle to grave subcontracts administration/management in primarily a military/construction contracting environment (i.e. proposal
support, contract award and administration to subcontract closeout). Participate as a key team member and provide support to closeout teams.Closeout subcontracts and purchase orders in compliance with FAR/DFAR, agency supplements and customer solicitation requirements. Prepare consent packages for Contracting Officer approval as required. Conduct evaluations of terms and conditions to various agreements including Nondisclosure Agreement, Memorandum of Understanding/Agreement, Teaming Agreement, Subcontract Agreements, modifications, and final closeout/ releases. Prepare and/or facilitate subcontractor justifications compliant with client requirements (i.e. purchase award summary, source justifications, price analysis, SOW, negotiations memorandum, etc.). Assist with problem resolution and provide strategic guidance to senior management as required. Provide guidance and training to all levels of internal personnel and subcontractor personnel in various functional areas. Assist with process improvement of procurement processes and procedures compliant with SOX and client requirements.
REQUIREMENTS
Consultant must have experience with FAR and/or DFAR guidelines.Consultant must be medically capable of traveling to the Middle East and working in a military environment under austere conditions.Travel to Iraq and Afghanistan will be required.
