Staff Manager, Corporate Purchasing

Develop sourcing strategies, lead the procurement process, and manage supplier relations Lead cross functional teams to evaluate the marketplace, create requests for proposal (RFP’s), analyze RFP responses, negotiate agreements, and obtain approvals to execute major contracts for goods and services. Ensure products and services offer consistent quality, reliability and availability to meet requirements.

This position is responsible for negotiation and administration of service contracts. The Staff Manager develops procurement strategies to minimize expense while meeting corporate objectives.

Responsibilities:
•Demonstrated skills in project management, financial analysis, problem solving, and leadership.
•Ability to lead cross functional teams and develop creative solutions.
•Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
•Knowledge of procurement processes and supplier management techniques.
•Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

•Demonstrated oral and written communication skills.
•Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills.
•Demonstrated leadership, project management and creative problem solving with the ability to implement solutions across organizations.
•Ability to interact with multiple levels of internal and external contacts.
•Ability to manage multiple projects with time sensitive deadlines.
•Self motivated.
•Contract negotiation experience a MUST
•Must be able to work in fast pace and fluid environment
