Our commitment to delivering extraordinary customer care creates the trust and loyalty that drives our business.As Sr. Retail Pricing Administrator, you will create impact by:Supervising three (3) retail pricing analysts and oversee the daily operations of the TFS Retail Pricing Group, ensuring the profitability and accuracy of retail rates.Coordinating the Retail Pricing process with the TFS Regions/DSSOs, including usage and support of the RAROC/Retail Pricing Model (RPM).Responsible for supervising all activities supporting the field's rate reviews, including providing competitive information, reviewing rate proposals, providing recommendations on pricing strategies, preparing pricing packages, assessing results of pricing decisions, publishing rate letters.Responsible for supporting retail product and program development and enhancement of existing products and programs, including development of product strategy, competitive analysis, development of product proposals, program analysis, and implementation.Heavy emphasis on the development of clear and compelling business cases for new products and programs with TFS field offices and HQ business units.Responsible for delivering extraordinary customer care to our field customers on a daily basis. Also requires heavy interaction with other internal business units and external vendors on a regular basis.Qualifications
TFS is looking for individuals with strong business sense and practical expertise. Successful candidates must have:4 to 6 years experience in the automotive financing industry, specifically in the area of Product Development - Pricing in a captive or indirect lending environment.A minimum of 2 - 3 years supervisory experience also required.
REQUIREMENTS
Proven leadership experience and ability to build teamwork and buy-in across multiple business units is necessary.Excellent communication skills are required, with the ability to clearly communicate ideas and recommendations to all levels of the organization.Accuracy and attention to detail are critical qualifications of this position.Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Lotus Notes.Working knowledge of VBA, Quickplace, Brio and Access is helpful.Toyota Financial Services rewards both individual and organizational results with well-balanced compensation, benefits and perquisite programs.
