Position Summary:

The Sourcing Specialist-Accommodations will be responsible for contract manufacturing and contract packaging services required to support Supply Chain/Operating Platform.

Essential Job Functions And Accountabilities:

>Develop, implement and execute sourcing strategies; handle procurement system master data maintenance; maintain supplier relationships and drive cost reduction/process improvement.
>Works closely with internal customers and third party contractors to leverage supply chain capabilities to meet/exceed customer requirements at the least total cost of ownership.

Skill Requirements:

>Must have excellent negotiation and decision making skills, project management skills, communication skills.
>Proficient in desktop applications including MS Office and ERP systems, supplier relationship management (supplier selection, development and performance management).
REQUIREMENTS
Educational Qualifications And Experience:

>Bachelors Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or related experience
>Knowledge of Manufacturing, Planning and Quality systems, Chemical industry experience and working knowledge of relevant regulatory guidelines. >Retail/consumer products & (DOT, HAZMAT, EPA) experience a plus.
