We have an opportunity for a creative and experienced professional Senior Land Planner, in our Sacramento office with regional opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in planning with a minimum of 10 years related professional experience to lead the Planning group. The position requires experience in the land development process, community master planning, land use plans, redevelopment plans, specific plan preparation, and a strong understanding of the CEQA, NEPA, and environmental review process. Knowledge of local land development ordinances, entitlements and procedures, as well as an established relationship with the local development community is essential. Candidates with client or agency relationships in the Sacramento Valley land development community is a plus.
