Senior Buyer/Direct Hire/Sourcing

Kelly Engineering has a Direct Hire opportunity for a Global Sourcing Specialist (Buyer) in Sussex, WI!!

The industry is a design and manufacturing company for automated control systems and material handling and finishing equipment for print.

Senior Buyer would take charge of the international sourcing activity and develop existing suppliers.

The following requirements are below:

Be familar with a manufacturing environment to interpret MRP reports, expedite orders, identify and implement process changes within the scope of a Buyer's position, contribute to cross-functional product development teams, etc.

Routine activity working alongside other buyers who may need further professional development and mentoring.

understanding of best practice procurement processes/programs and supply chain management

minimum of 3 years recent experience selecting suppliers and maintaining relationships with international sources

Proven history of strong negotiation skills

Significant leadership ability and desire to mentor co-workers

Excellent skills in written/verbal communication

Passion for innovation, breakaway mentality, and trusting work environment

Ability to manage sensitive information in a professional and confidential manner

Language skills (any) beyond English preferred

College Degree preferred
