Quality Engineer

Major Purpose and Duties: This position is in the Excavator Group working on new product development or PDP, as well as supporting R&A reduction projects for the excavator group.

Requirements:

The position would require working with suppliers (especially engine & cooling package suppliers) as well as working with our manufacturing facilities in North Carolina & Canada. Experience with Quality Planning tools and practices similar to APQP (FMEAs, PPAPs, DPAR, root cause analysis etc.) is desirable. Strong communication & facilitation skills are key in this role as well.
