Product Sourcing Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION:Manage product inventory levels. Serve as principal liaison between company and its distributors/fulfillment vendors, specifying contract terms, overseeing services, communicating product information, and resolving issues with respect to services the distributors provide. Manage the purchasing of materials. Serve as resource on printing and packaging technology, shipping methods, international customs regulations, distribution and fulfillment. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Requires 3+ years experience, including: strong background in the field of supply management; working knowledge of printing and the prepress process; experience in international supply management, including offshore printing, with knowledge of international distribution and customs/brokerage strongly preferred; strong grasp of accounting principles; proficiency in Microsoft Office suite with excellent skills in developing and maintaining complex Excel spreadsheets; strong negotiation skills; strong project management, analysis and problem solving skills; experience working as part of a team in a professional, high-performance environment. MUST HAVE 4-YEAR BS/BA DEGREE.
