Pricing Analyst

We’re currently seeking an innovative Pricing Analyst to join our unique team as we continue our history of excellence.The Pricing Analyst will be responsible for leading major, competitive bids. Will have direct interface with Program Managers and Integrated Product Team Leads. Will be responsible for preparation of cost proposals, fact-finding, government audits, preparation of cost data for proposal sign-offs, fee analysis, cost strategy, Price/Cost Analysis, cost modeling, and maintenance of all computer and hard files. Will have constant interface with Contracts, Subcontracts, Business Management, and Executive Management. Will establish the requirements and criteria for substantiation of cost estimates to Linkabit management, customer representatives, and government audit agencies. The Pricing Analyst will ensure adherence to Federal Acquisition Regulations, Public Law 87-653, Truth in Negotiations Act, and L-3 Corporation policies and procedures with regard to cost proposal preparation review, submission and negotiations. Will also oversee the development and maintenance of estimating systems.Bachelor's degree in business, finance, mathematics, or statistical analysis and 10 years of experience directly related to Pricing, or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Familiarity with FAR part 15 and 16, strong computer skills in Word and Excel and a good understanding of database software tools is required. Must be highly motivated and self-directed with the ability to manage concurrent assignments and function in time-sensitive situations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. Must have the ability to work and interface well with various organizations and personnel at all levels. Position requires the ability and willingness to work extended hours and travel in support of proposal activities. Experience in the following areas is highly desirable: MS Project, MPM, and ProPricer.US Citizenship required.
