Off-site Purchasing Manager

Effectively conduct the Region's purchasing processes to include vendor solicitation and prequalification; contract bidding, negotiation and award; vendor performance feedback and monitoring; dispute resolution; and vendor management. Apply the Company's vision, pledges, and guiding principles to every facet of responsibilities in an effort to improve our Company. Target trades and recruit vendors and manage vendor bid requests in support of vendor solicitation process. Prepare, review, and approve bid packages and award presentations, resolve questions, conduct vendor negotiations, and make recommendations to management in support of vendor selection.A bachelor's degree in Construction Management or similar discipline and at least 5 years experience in Purchasing Procurement activities in the construction industry required.
